4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital and creative services, Ghostify Solutions does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, dissatisfaction, or non-usage of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback required to complete projects. Ghostify Solutions is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect client inputs.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, all intellectual property rights for designs, websites, software, and AI systems developed by Ghostify Solutions remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership may be transferred to the client as per agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during and after the service period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ghostify Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, APIs, plugins). Ghostify Solutions is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of any third-party services.

10. Termination

Ghostify Solutions reserves the right to terminate any service agreement if the client breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to make payments.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
